Q: Can you design a logo for me? Is there a charge?
A: Yes, we can design a logo for you. That’s free, no charge.

Q: Does it come with a camera?
A: Dear friend, it comes without a camera.

Q: Does it include a power bank?
A: Dear Friend: The photo booth package does not include the batteries and power bank, we are not able to ship batteries with the photo booth due to lithium battery shipping restrictions, you can buy them on other e-commerce platforms.
Does not include:
1. 23A 12V battery: for 360 remote control.
2. CR2025 battery: for remote control for led lights.
3. Power Bank with USB Port: for LED Ring Light.

Q: Will I need my own tools to assemble my 360 photo booth?
A: Not necessary! The assembly process is SO EASY. Assemble the machine in about 15-20 minutes.

Q: Do you sell replacement parts?
A: Yes. we have enough spare parts and accessories. Please contact us and you’ll normally receive 38-9 business days.

Q: How does the warranty work and how do you provide customer service?
A: After receiving your service request, our team will contact you via email, or phone call as soon as possible to support you. Our technicians are well-trained on 360 photo booth machines to provide expert consultation and advice. Your machine has a 1-year warranty, if a machine part is damaged not due to human error, we will send a free replacement to you at the earliest time.

Q: HOW TO CHECK MY ORDER SHIPPING INFORMATION?
A: You will receive tracking information by email when we deal with your order.

The email includes the shipping date, tracking number, and tracking URL.

A: MY TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED IT—WHAT DO I DO?
Q: Reach out to us with your tracking information and correct shipping address. We’ll get your issue sorted out as quickly as possible.

A: CAN I EDIT/CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Q: We cannot modify orders once they are placed. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification will be delayed and/or canceled.
